ALOx PET Film(ALOx-P122-A)

Description:

ALOx-P122-A is a transparent, high barrier, biaxially oriented polyester film, base material is transparent PET, ALOx coated on corona treated side with protecting layer, another side is plain surface. 

 

Applications:

• General Food Packaging: Biscuit, Snack,mainly small bag packages etc.
• Electronics Packaging

Attentions :

• We suggest to pack dry goods, to protect coating layer from moisture.  

• The product should be handled gently and carefully to avoid the film collisions or damage the paper core.

• The cylinders contacting ALOx/coating surface shall be free of scars and bruise, and the cylinder surface shall be smooth and clean. The cylinder turning should be flexible without clamping. There is no speed difference between different cylinders. And there won’t be obvious beat during printing and laminating.

• We suggest exclusive composition glue, and the glue amount should be appropriately reduced.

• During the laminating, we suggest to reduce the film tension of all layers as possible as we can. Reducing the internal stress avoids the cracking of ALOx layer and affecting the barrier property.

• We suggest to unwrap the packaging materials when using it. If there is left ALOx-P122-A material, we suggest to pack it well with foil. Intact packaging that keeps from moisture helps to maintain barrier properties.

• We suggest to chose dry-lamination, use ALOx-P122-A as the printing layer of two-layer structure.   

•  We suggest to purchase on demand and use ALOx-P122-A within 3 months.
