ALOx PET Film(ALOx-P122-B)

Description:

ALOx-P122-B is a transparent, high barrier, biaxially oriented polyester film, base material is transparent PET, ALOx coated on corona treated side with protecting layer, another side is plain surface. 

 

Applications:

• General Food Packaging: Biscuit, Snack, Pet Food, etc.
• Electronics Packaging

Attentions :

• The product should be stored in a tidy, dry and ventilated warehouse and should not be exposed with direct sunlight/light or heat sources.  

• The product should be packed completely until using to isolate moisture.

• Film guarantee shelf life within 6 months since date of manufacturing, only if stored in recommended condition.

• The product should be handled gently and carefully to avoid the collisions .

• Stable composite procee is required.

• The film tension should not exceed 2% elongation during production, otherwise the ALOx coating may crack and then affect performance.  

• When the product is used for extruded PE, the temperature cannot be too high and the extruded PE thickness cannot exceed 15mic, otherwise ALOx coating may crack.   

•  Package contents can not be over-acid, if PH<4, the acid will corrode ALOx coating.
