Protective film products can be classified according to market application and adhesive material used. And often different substrates are used in different application fields. Common substrates include PET film, PE film, and kraft paper.
1. Traditional protective film: such as galvanized steel protective film, color steel protective film, glass plate or plastic sheet protective film, etc. Such traditional protective films are mostly applications with low added value, low requirements on performance and crystal point, and are mostly glue-on protective films.
2. Protective film for flat-panel displays: The application range includes flat-panel displays, backlight modules, glass substrates, and various optical components such as polarizers, color filters, etc. This type of protective film has extremely high requirements on the control of viscosity and crystal point, and is an application with high added value and high technology threshold.
3. Protective film for high-tech electronics industry: such as the protective film used in dry film or wafer grinding process. This type of protective film usually needs to be produced in a clean room, and the requirements for the crystal point are extremely strict.
